Grandma’s Recipes specialises in authentic South African food products, including biltong, dry wors, boerewors, fresh meats, pies, desserts, rusks, baked goods, ready meals, and other traditional favourites.

Certain products may be sold by weight. Final weights may vary slightly depending on cutting, preparation, packaging, and availability.
Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, ingredients, and allergen information before placing an order.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, mustard, spices, and other ingredients.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or special dietary requirement, please contact us before placing your order. Grandma’s Recipes cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions where the customer did not confirm requirements with us before purchase.
Grandma’s Recipes aims to provide products that are 100% Halal. We work with trusted suppliers and take care in our sourcing and preparation processes.
Orders can be placed through our website, approved ordering platforms, WhatsApp, or directly in-store.
Once an order has been placed, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct, including product selection, quantity, delivery address, contact number, and preferred delivery or pickup method.
Grandma’s Recipes reserves the right to reject, cancel, or amend an order where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, payment is not received, delivery is not possible, or suspicious activity is identified.
All prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price confirmed at the time of order, unless there is a clear pricing or technical error.
Payment methods may include online card payment, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other payment options made available at checkout.
Orders may only be processed once payment has been received or confirmed, unless cash on delivery or another approved method has been selected.
Orders can be placed for store pickup or delivery, depending on product availability, order time, delivery location, and driver availability.
Dubai deliveries are usually scheduled daily between 2:00 PM and 10:30 PM.
Deliveries to other Emirates may be available and are subject to location, product type, driver availability, and safe delivery conditions.
Friday and Saturday deliveries may be limited and will be scheduled according to driver availability.
Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Our team may contact you to confirm delivery timing once your order has been received.
Store pickup from Grandma’s Recipes in JVC is available during opening hours.
Customers must provide a correct delivery address, active contact number, and be available to receive the order during the agreed delivery window.
If a customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, does not answer calls or messages, or delays delivery, Grandma’s Recipes may charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.
For food safety reasons, chilled, frozen, fresh, or perishable items must be received and stored correctly immediately after delivery or pickup.
Grandma’s Recipes is not responsible for product quality issues caused by delayed collection, missed delivery, incorrect storage, or handling after the product has been delivered or collected.
Customers should contact Grandma’s Recipes as soon as possible if they need to cancel or amend an order.
Orders that have already been prepared, packed, dispatched, delivered, collected, or specially made may not be cancelled.
Grandma’s Recipes reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for fresh, perishable, customised, or made-to-order products.
Due to the nature of our products, including food items, meat products, baked goods, desserts, chilled items, frozen items, and perishable products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or products that have been opened, handled, consumed, or stored incorrectly after delivery or collection.
We accept returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds only where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not supplied as ordered.
Customers must notify Grandma’s Recipes within 24 hours of receiving the order by contacting us on WhatsApp at +971 58 566 9737. Please include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, Grandma’s Recipes may offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement product
Exchange for the correct item
Store credit
Refund
Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible and must not be consumed, tampered with, or incorrectly stored.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, Grandma’s Recipes reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds where the product has been opened, partially consumed, incorrectly stored, or where the issue is reported after 24 hours.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Grandma’s Recipes.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove any consumer rights that may apply under UAE law.
Promotions, bundles, discounts, coupons, and special offers are subject to availability and may be changed, extended, or withdrawn at any time.
Promotional items may not be combined with other offers unless clearly stated.
Grandma’s Recipes reserves the right to correct errors in promotional pricing or offer descriptions.
All website content, including logos, text, images, product descriptions, graphics, designs, brand material, and layout, belongs to Grandma’s Recipes or is used with permission.
