Useful information about our delivery
By placing an order, you agree to the following delivery T's & C's. Orders can be placed for same day or next day delivery. If your delivery date is not available, the allocated delivery slots is fully booked. Store Pick-Up is always available.
Delivery hours for Dubai on a daily basis will take place between the hours of 14h00 to 22h30.
Delivery hours for all other Emirates on a daily basis will take place between the hours of 14h30 and 22h30.
Friday and Saturday deliveries will be booked according to availability of drivers.
Specific delivery times do not apply to Grandma's and will be delivered as per times mentioned above. This applies to both Dubai and other Emirates deliveries. Any rescheduling of orders will result in additional delivery charges of Aed20 if order is already out for delivery. By placing your order, you agree by the delivery Terms & Conditions.
