Return & Refund Policy
At Grandma’s Recipes, we take food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction seriously. Due to the nature of our products, including food items, meat products, baked goods, desserts, chilled items, and perishable products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or products that have been opened, handled, consumed, or stored incorrectly after delivery or collection.
We accept returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds only where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not supplied as ordered.
Customers must notify Grandma’s Recipes within 24 hours of receiving the order by contacting us on WhatsApp at +971 58 566 9737. Please include your order number, photos of the product, and a clear description of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, Grandma’s Recipes may offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement product
Exchange for the correct item
Store credit
Refund
Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible and must not be consumed, tampered with, or incorrectly stored. For hygiene and food safety reasons, Grandma’s Recipes reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds where the product has been opened, partially consumed, incorrectly stored, or where the issue is reported after 24 hours.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Grandma’s Recipes.
